Can’t connect via Internet use Cellular Hotspot with your Cell Phone
iPhone — Instructions
- Tap the Settings icon on iPhone.
- Tap Personal Hotspot
- Make sure Allow Others to Join is turned on.
- Make note of Wi-Fi Password or click Wi-Fi Password and change the password and tap Done.
- On your computer, click the Wi-Fi icon. Click on the iPhone name and click Connect. Enter the password from the phone Hotspot.
Android — Instructions
- Tap the Settings icon on Android.
- Tap Connections.
- Tap Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
- Toggle Mobile Hotspot to On.
- Make note of Wi-Fi Password or click Wi-Fi Password and change the password and tap Save.
- On your computer, click the Wi-Fi icon. Click on the Phone name and click Connect. Enter the password from the phone Hotspot.
